I joined Attwaters in May 2021. I work within the Dispute Resolution team in the Personal Injury department
I studied Law at Basildon College and after gaining experience in other fields I took a position within a litigation department in a debt recovery company. This is where I gained a lot of my litigation experience. Following this I worked for a firm of solicitors as a Personal Injury paralegal for a number of years before becoming a Legal Advisor within a Fraud and Litigation department which was challenging but rewarding.
I enjoy listening to our new clients and providing advice on whether a claim can be pursued and I enjoy helping our clients through the process to take the stress away from them.
I was born and raised in Essex, Stanford-le-hope being my home town. I now live in South Woodham Ferrers.
My favourite food I would say would be a ‘cheeky’ nandos washed down with a glass of rose wine. In my spare time I enjoy spa days and afternoon tea with friends, reading novels and biographies, baking cakes (to the delight of my boyfriend) and playing Beat Saber in VR.
Growing up I often dreamed of becoming an air hostess, however after a few trips on an aeroplane I realised I was a very anxious flyer so I thought maybe this is the wrong career move for me.
As well as flying I don’t like spiders or peas.
If I had the chance I would love to invite Ryan Reynolds to a desert island I am sure he would calm my flying nerves, catch the spiders and eat all the peas.
